Privacy at Kofia
Last updated: October 2026
Kofia is an early-stage project, and this page covers our website only—not a mobile app, which doesn’t exist yet. It explains the limited information we collect when you choose to join the waitlist, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and, optionally, whether you’re interested as a future user or a brand/retail partner. That’s it—no name, and nothing else is required.
What we don’t collect
This website does not request camera access and does not collect head scans, photos, measurements, or any health information. Those describe the planned mobile app, not this site.
How we use it
We use your email to send occasional updates about Kofia’s development and, if you’re interested, to invite feedback. We don’t sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Where it’s kept
When you sign up, your email address is delivered to our private Kofia inbox, which is hosted by Hostinger, and added to our early-access list. We keep signups until Kofia launches or you ask us to remove you—and in any case no longer than 24 months, after which we delete any addresses still on the list.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove you at any time. To see what we hold about you or to request deletion, email us at bnjenga@kofia.app.
Who’s responsible
Kofia is an early-stage project led by its founder, Brian Njenga. For any privacy question, reach us at bnjenga@kofia.app. If this page changes, we’ll update the date above.
